How does the pricing work?
We charge $1,000 for lifetime hires or $250 per placement as an onboarding fee to start working with us.
Once the virtual assistant is placed, the virtual assistant's hourly wage + $2/hour will be automatically pre-billed to your preference (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase with credit card or ACH via Stripe. If you wish to do a bank-to-bank wire transfer, please mention during the onboarding process

What's the replacement guarantee?
If you have an issues with your virtual assistant and need a replacement, we offer free lifetime replacement guarantees!
How do you help manage the virtual assistant?
If you decide to go with the Business package, we will do the following:
Ensure all documentation is managed for compliance purposes
Handle payroll
Supply monthly reports with hours worked + tasks performed
Conduct monthly 1x1 meetings with your virtual assistant to assess morale
Conduct monthly 1x1 meetings with you to help you continue to have a good relationship with your virtual assistant
What is your refund policy?
We will refund 25% of the onboarding fee if cancelled within the first 45 days.
