We do suggest at least 20 hours to ensure you're getting the most out of your virtual assistant, though. That equates to 4 hours per day that you'll have your virtual assistant to work on whatever tasks you need.




How do we communicate?


We suggest communicating through Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Since they work remotely, we recommend having a minimum of 3 Zoom meetings each week with your VA.




What if I don't know how to properly train or manage my virtual assistant?


Following the placement of your virtual assistant, you will receive client training that shows how to properly train and manage your new employee going forward.

How do I cancel if it doesn't work?


We offer a free replacement within 45 days if the virtual assistant we place is not meeting your expectations. If you are letting your virtual assistant go because you can no longer afford to pay their wages, we ask that you inform our staff so we can place them with a new client.

We guarantee that your virtual assistant will be placed in 10 business days or less.




What is the cost to use your services?


Our pricing depends on the current situation of each client, but we don't have any recurring fees (except for the wages due to the virtual assistant). There are no contracts, no obligations, and you can cancel anytime. We do have a one-time fee that includes the virtual assistant placement, client training, hands-on onboarding, and a 45-day replacement guarantee.
